This is my first time ordering hair extensions and I read all the reviews of different brands and decided to buy the Moresoo brand. I order 24" human hair #9A/60100g 40 pcs tape ins and ordered 2 boxes. One box showed up on time and the other, mind you I ordered at the same time, was at first delayed. Then the next day I received an email saying they are undeliverable and my order would be canceled and my money refunded in a week or so. Maybe that was a blessing in disguise because when I opened the package and examined the hair it had several short fly away hairs at the to near the tape in of maybe 2"s and further down about at the 12" area were a bunch of shortened hairs. My real hair is about 20"s and this will show. I had a professional appointment to have these installed which I promptly had to change while I search for more extensions.I had an issue with the color of the hair when I got it in. The color wasn’t right. I wrote and explained the situation to them and they refunded me for my entire purchase. And not only that they offered to send me two packs of free hair from their company. Although the color was off, the hair was still perfectly thick and so smooth looking. These are by far the best tape ins I have ever purchased. You will not be disappointed!I am beyond obsessed with my Tape in Extensions ? these are the most silky smooth extensions I have ever used and have been using them for about 6-7 years now. I purchased two sets and i should have just bought one set of higher quality hair .The tape held okay - i did have proffesionally put in & i found that it very very quickly lost its shine. I only straightened my hair two times, never blowdried. It lasted me three weeks and I did everything I could to make it last !I love moresoo extensions, but I paid for priority shipping and ordered these extensions on September 3rd so I could have them in for a wedding on September 18th, and they still haven’t arrived.I’m quite disappointed with the shipping times, and wish I didn’t pay for priority international shippingTerrible. Hair in knots. Will probably have to cut my actual hair to get these off my head!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY.I was very satisfied with the prompt and friendly customer service provided. I would highly recommend this product.Not only does the tape suck but the hair mats after a few weeks of wearing it!
