Pretty close color match on the red parts! My hair fades to a blonde ombre that is a warmer golden blonde, but the ash blonde in the wig will do... It is definitely not the same color though. I wonder about getting a longer length of this auburn-blonde wig and cutting off most of the ash blonde only bits at the end. The section where the volors blends matches my hair good. The curled ends are weird curl style, dry and a bit frizzy... I'm going to see if I can safely heat straighten it and shine up the ends with some hair serum. Then try to low heat style it the way I do my curls. I have never restyled synthetic hair, but we'll see how this goes... Updates to come!Ok so the product itself the hair seems great but that's where it ends because...the clips that are supposed to be sewn on to the inner band that helps hold the hair in place they were just put in a bag and I'm expected to thread a needle and sew these on and there are only 2 clips which this piece needs minimum of 3 but 4 is ideal! So I cannot use this until I buy a sewing kit then sit down and sew these clips on and even then only 2 clips aren't gonna hold the center in place only the ends! It's a heavy piece so this is a pretty big issue! As for the hair itself it seems good but a real bummer I can't even use it tonight for festivities which is why I bought it in the first place as my hair has been thinning... but if you have an extra clip and time to sew and sewing it then by all means it's a good piece imo!! Otherwise pass on this one and find one with the clips on the item and make sure they're are at least 3 to secure itThis hair piece surprised me because of how realistic it looks and how easy it is to use. I put my hair half up and half down, with more hair on the top than the bottom and laid the hair down over the bottom half. I didn’t not clip it in but merely let the plastic string fall over my crown. The string is not visible so long as you pull the pieces of hair out from under it so it doesn’t bunch up.The hair is curled so to blend with your natural hair you need to match the pattern, which I did with a 1.75 inch curling iron.I did have to return this twice to get the right color. I took off one star because it is long from side to side and you could not put your hair behind your ears and it gets heavy to wear and somewhat uncomfortable. Better for a photoshoot than a full night out.I’d buy it in other fantasy colors if they had ombré to the shade I bought.I ordered two of these ombre pink halo extensions. I am a lil late to the pink dip or pink ombre craze but I thought better late than never. Being a self proclaimed "wiggy" with all "remi" long, short and ponytail units I thought why not have some fun. I received the halo extensions safely in a nice double packaged envelope. Straight out of the box the halo synthetic hair came soft and curly with a light weight to it. I ordered 2 of them as previous reviewers commented that the single halo extension was not thick and that the halo wire was loose fitting. I remedyed that with sewing 4 clips along the base of both the unit pieces. I kept the wire as it was not too loose fiting on my now confirmed "big" head I just hid it down as I applied the units clips in a criss cross fashion on the back of my head giving it some more thickness and room for my crown bio hair dyed black to fall over the units. I went ahead and curled my natural straight and same length hair to the unit as it was on my head and blended it from top to bottom nicely with the unit. I seemingly now had princess hair ?! Got lots of compliments and even from the hubs. I gave it 4 stars for having to tweak it a bit but overall still a good halo extension for the price and the synthetic unit quality.I Loved this halo hair extension! It matched my hair perfectly. Very comfy to wear too. I will add that mine didn't come with combs attached for extra support but I added them myself. I also cut off about 2inch to blend with my hair better but Overall it was worth it!The quality for the price is pretty good, but unfortunately the color didn’t match my hair at all.
