Ordered Feb. 20th, 2025, so I've had 11 days to use it. Here is my review. First of all, it came extremely well packaged. As I unpacked I was extremely impressed at how solid every piece was made. The quality was clearly apparent. I charged the battery overnight. You can easily remove the battery and charge it anywhere there is an outlet or leave it in and charge it, if you have an outlet nearby. There is no docking for the Stratos. I stand it up behind the drapes in my dining room, lean it against the wall and it's concealed. It's easy to get started, just follow the instructions. Now, let's get down to business. Yes, it's heavier than the Dyson. However, you don't have to hold the on button down and for people like myself, with arthritic hands that was a deal breaker for me with the Dyson. I worried about the weight, but, it's manageable, and I LOVE the Shark Stratos! No more tangled hair in the brush! NONE! Easy to empty. Dusting with the attachment is amazing! I'll never dust any other way again. And the power of the Shark? Superb! It has a sensor that detects the amount of dirt and adjusts the level of power! I can do my entire house (1600 square feet) 3 bedrooms with carpets, small carpets and runner at three entrances, plus my hardwood floors, plus all my dusting and still have power left over. I have a very dusty home and I've noticed, since using the Shark Stratos with its hepa filter, less dust on my furniture. AND a more pleasant smell because of the odour neutralizer. The Shark also has a light on the vacuum head so you can see what you're vacuuming up, converts to a flexible hose to easily get under furniture (if it's high enough) and also converts to a hand held vacuum to vacuum your car, stairs or whatever. Did I mention I LOVE the Shark Stratos! If I could give it ten stars, I would.
